    The Committee on Small Business, Entrepreneurship and Economic Development amended the bill on page six, section six, following line thirteen, by inserting a new subsection (m) as follows and relettering the remaining subsection:

    “(m) Any cause of action established pursuant to an emergency rule authorized by subsection (k) of this section may be brought for assistance provided by the state for emergencies occurring prior to the effective date of the amendments to this section enacted during the 2014 regular session of the Legislature, but in no event, may a cause of action be brought for any emergency occurring prior to January 1, 2014.”.
